More than 33 years ago we started managing our own rental properties. We initially made a lot of mistakes, but we stuck with it and learned to do it correctly and effectively. Since then, for more than 25 years Safeguard Property Management, LLC, has specialized in the full-service management of better-quality single-family homes, town homes, condos, duplexes, and other small rental properties. We have successfully managed rental homes for hundreds of clients who are out of state, out of the country, or simply out of patience with the headaches and hassles of self-managing their rental property.
