Notice to Vacate

1. We understand that our deposit will be refunded as agreed, less past due unpaid charges, if any, after we have moved out completely and returned possession of the premises to the management, as long as we leave the residence in clean and undamaged condition as stipulated in our Tenant Move-Out Procedures, Checklist and Charges documents.

2. We understand that our Lease/Rental Agreement states that we have agreed to a 30 day written notice to vacate.

3. We understand that we are responsible for paying rent through the end of the term agreed to in the Lease/Rental Agreement.

4. As we have agreed in our Lease/Rental Agreement, we will make the premises accessible to show to prospective tenants or purchasers at any and all reasonable times, whether we are present or not.

If you have an emergency repair during business hours, call our office at 801-566-9339. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, call 801-596-6699. This is an answering service (to be used only when the office is closed) which will record the nature of the emergency and then contact our maintenance supervisor for appropriate action.

An emergency is defined as anything relating to the property under the lease that is threatening to life, health, or the property and cannot wait until the next day. Examples include: free flowing water, electrical problems, main sewer line backing up, gas odor, no heat – when temperature is below freezing, exterior door locks. Emergency repairs (as defined) should be reported immediately.
