Another year has passed, and I still have nothing to complain about Safeguard Property Management. They have been managing my rental property in Sandy for number of years and have been doing an outstanding job. I've been relying on them for selecting tenants and communicating with them, taking care of minor repairs, doing annual inspections and maintenance. I'm really happy with Safeguard's services and Merrilee has been always very professional and responsive. She always responds to my requests within a day and never neglects any of my questions. You’d think your unit would have been updated the way they be raising rent.

I Can't believe how fast Merrilee was able to rent my just vacated property. She had it rented in one week!!! It would have been helpful if someone from her office would have gone over the first monthly report with me to understand how it all worked. However I was able to figure it all out.
